To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it.
It must include all original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase.
Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

3. Return Cost
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us immediately upon delivery. We will evaluate the issue and offer a replacement, refund, or other solution at no cost to you. We will send you a prepaid return shipping label.
Change of Mind
In this case, return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
4. Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns for:
Items missing original tags or packaging.
Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage not caused during shipping.
Gift cards or promotional items (if applicable).
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to replace an item:
Return the original product.
Place a new order after your return is accepted.
6. Refunds
